These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Phalaro ("Phalaro," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Phalaro website located at https://phalaro.com and the Phalaro mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by Phalaro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the Phalaro Platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. Phalaro reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Geographic Eligibility. The Phalaro Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Phalaro makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

Registration Requirements. To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the Phalaro Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

Account Non-Transferability. Your Phalaro account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.

Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to use a strong, unique password and to change it regularly. Phalaro will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

Unauthorized Access. You must notify Phalaro immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. Phalaro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity. Phalaro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that shows signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

Accepted Payment Methods. Phalaro currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at Phalaro's discretion. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are not derived from any illegal activity. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform and are subject to change. Phalaro reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at its discretion or as required by applicable regulations.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Phalaro aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour of approval, and bank transfers within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawal Conditions. Phalaro reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Any funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal.

Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Phalaro is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.

General Bonus Terms. Phalaro may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Phalaro reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that the wagering requirements have not been met in good faith.

Bonus Abuse. Phalaro actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

Modification and Cancellation. Phalaro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Phalaro also reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in error or in breach of these Terms.

Game Availability. Phalaro offers a variety of games including slots, live dealer tables, fish shooting games, and sports betting. The availability of specific games may vary and is subject to change without notice. Phalaro reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time.

Random Number Generation. All Phalaro casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, Phalaro reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. Phalaro shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. Phalaro reserves the right to impose individual player bet limits at its discretion, including where required for responsible gaming purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Phalaro Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in any game;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Phalaro staff;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts or Phalaro's systems;
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Phalaro.

Commitment to Responsible Gaming. Phalaro is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take seriously our obligation to help players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling.

Player Tools. Phalaro provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders to alert them after a specified period of play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team.

Age Verification. Phalaro strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify a player's age. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source.

Ownership. All content on the Phalaro Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of Phalaro or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Limited License. Phalaro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Restrictions. You may not use any Phalaro trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of Phalaro's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Platform Availability. Phalaro endeavors to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Phalaro's reasonable control.

Exclusion of Warranties. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Phalaro's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusion of Consequential Damages. Phalaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if Phalaro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Phalaro collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Phalaro implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. For full details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

Phalaro's Right to Suspend. Phalaro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false or misleading information;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• The player is under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to Phalaro, other players, or third parties;
• Phalaro is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your Phalaro account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and verification requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

Phalaro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Phalaro will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and Phalaro, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Regulatory Complaints. If you believe that Phalaro has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may also submit a complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through the appropriate regulatory channels.
